    Ok this issue has been resolved. This was not actually an image, as you can see at the bottom of the above code, the link back to Sellercore was not in the secure https:// format.

    Thank you for submitting the code and please let me know if you are still having issues.

    Hi, that’s corrected ONE of the HTTP references, but there are actually TWO. Within that same template there is another one, right at the very start – it currently reads:

    Your Item’s Title Here
    <div style="text-align: left;

    and as you can see there is a bit which says url(http://eliteonearth.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/BANNER_cam.jpg); – can you also please change that to HTTPS as well – thank you

I dont understand – the image in the template is YOUR image, its part of the template itself – please LOOK at the template BEFORE replying and you’ll see what I mean. YOU are creating that template, as a use we just add the words, so the image that is NON HTTPS is yours.

    The free templates on Sellercore may include image content that is not hosted at Sellercore.com. If you would like to submit the template you are having issues with by posting the code or contacting us, I will be happy to have a look.

I have already tried that, all it did was leave a huge white space in the top left hand corner as it doesn’t point to any particular template, you need to update the profile in your base template, as merely adding an “s” points to something that doesn’t exist.

  • Sellercore

    As mentioned above, if there is not a secure version of the image, use the non secure url to upload your own copy to your Sellercore images and that new uploaded image will be secure as it will be hosted on Sellercore.

Sellercore have stated they have updated ALL of their templates but I think this may be wrong!!!

I am accessing one of their free ebay templates, and when I view the html code, it STILL says http and NOT https.

The template is in the hobbies section, under photography, and is the one with the camera lens photo top left corner.

Please advise why this particular template has not been updated. Thank you

  • Sellercore

    All templates with https://sellercore.com… hosted images are pointed to a secure environment. We are working on addressing non Sellercore content in templates. To correct this issue right now, add the ‘s’ in your code to make all “http://” URL’s the “https://” secure format. Non Sellercore URL’s may not offer a secure format. In this case, use that working non secure URL to upload the image to Sellercore and adjust template to point at new secure Sellercore image upload.
