Hi I’m a paid user and now with your systems being down for so long and I have had to find other methods to use to list my listings on Ebay I was wondering what your going to do for me and the other paid users? We have paid for a service and I understand that you have run into problems but I want to be compensated for the time and energy that I have lost due to not being able to use the service I have paid for. I would love to know your thoughts about this and others who have paid. At the very least I would like an extension on my subscription. Thanks
I 100% agree with this statement above, whilst I understand this is no fault of your own. This is still negatively effecting my sales and listings, not the mention the thousands of hours i have lost due to this fault. Compensation or a refund is all i can see being appropriate to all your customers then it is your responsibility to chase those for have made this error for compensation of your own. We can’t be made to suffer and wait this long! it’s very poor business practice
